The Challenge
Evolution-ABC carried out an interpreting job for a major French industrial firm on issues surrounding job security, developed through an e-learning program.
All five participants spoke English, but only two of them — the security experts — were native English speakers. Yet all of them needed to communicate and understand the details of this very specialized area.
Our Approach & the Results Achieved
Anouche Erbil-Babayan served as a linguistic and cultural liason between the participants.
As a result, all participants were able to express themselves, understand each other's views, and move the project forward.
