The Challenge
Evolution-ABC created this program for its client SFR. A guided, English-immersion trip to London was organized for employees at SFR with intermediate-level English.
Our Approach & the Results Achieved
Team members had to use their English in everyday situations: stopping a passer-by on the street to ask for directions or ordering lunch in a pub. Managers, on the other hand, conducted business inquiries with store managers or bank directors. In the evening, team members presented the particular tasks and challenges of their day. Once back in France, a follow-up meeting allowed participants to reflect on the unique advantages of the experience: to acquire mastery of English in new, spontaneous situations.
The guided immersion offer allows participants to increase their self-confidence and proficiency in English in a foreign country, a skill that will enhance their communication experiences during future travels.
