The Challenge
The Sales & Negotiation Department of an international television station turned to Evolution-ABC's consultancy services to carry out a thorough evaluation of the level of English proficiency of its 30 employees.
Our Approach & the Results Achieved
After several days of evaluation (sitting in on meetings, monitoring telephone conversations, and analyzing negotiations) Evolution-ABC suggested various different training approaches for 20 of the employees:
- group training sessions
- coaching for negotiations
- training for telephone communication
At the end of these training sessions, each participant/employee had created a personal dictionary tailored to his or her professional needs. |
