Philip Murray-Lawson, Managing Director

Philip Murray-Lawson, founder of Evolution-ABC, is a native of
Scotland and a graduate of the
Royal Society of Arts. He earned a degree in History from the University of Aberdeen and has studied applied French language from the University of Lyon-2.

Philip has over 20 years of experience as head of educational methods in coaching and training.

His approach is largely influenced by the Silent Method, which places the student at the center of an active learning process. His teaching is based on a philosophy that
empowers students by giving them the lead role, thus encouraging self-confidence and independence.

Anouche Erbil-Babayan, Managing Director

Of Scottish and Armenian descent, Anouche Erbil-Babayan has a multicultural background and is fluent in several languages. Her cultural and linguistic scope brings both precision and subtlety to the language services she provides.

Anouche graduated with a B.A. from the University of Durham in the U.K. and holds degrees from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris in Business English and Business Russian.

In addition to her expertise in both translation and interpreting, Anouche assists her clients with their international business trips, designing personalized coaching and training sessions and immersion trips.
